Welding procedures & quality
Specialist TIG welding and pipe fabrication in stainless steel and carbon steel. The materials, joint details and service conditions define the welding and inspection requirements for each job.
We review welding procedure specifications (WPS) and, where required, supporting procedure qualification records (WPQR/PQR) against the materials, joint details and service conditions of the project.
Welder qualification coverage is reviewed against the process, material and joint type, alongside relevant validity and continuity records. The requirements are established when defining the work.
Inspection, material traceability and handover records are agreed to suit the specification. TTN can coordinate specialist non-destructive testing (NDT) through subcontractors as part of the project package.
